Fresh Tomato Salsa with Bell Pepper

    Put the tomatoes, onion and both kinds of peppers in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add the parsley and cilantro and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Great on chips, fish, or chicken!
